We read every message that comes through Coal & Char, and the ones we care about most are corrections. If a spec looks wrong, a temperature seems off, or a price never made sense, tell us — we’ll check it against the original source, and if you’re right we’ll fix the page and say that we did. Product suggestions and “why didn’t you cover X?” notes are welcome too; they often become the next guide.
